Receipts

To keep our fees reasonable for everyone, we are unable to accept insurance payments. Detailed receipts are given upon request so you can be reimbursed directly according to your plan.

The payment methods we accept are:
Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX and Discover.

Many HSA and FSA plans cover our services.

Cancellation Policy

Please respect the 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged for your visit. Your appointment time was reserved for you and no one else may take that time once you claim it. You will be held responsible to pay the full cost of your visit if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment. No exceptions. 

To cancel your reservation, you must use the online scheduling system. Leaving a voicemail message or email with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be qualified; cancellation charges will be assessed.

Your courtesy and respect of the doctor’s time is well appreciated. Dr. Anne Sorrentino is committed to serving you. 

You may contact Dr. Anne Sorrentino via phone, text, or email, to confirm the cancellation was received at least 24 hours before any appointment you cannot keep. This is most courteous as it will allow others waiting for an opening to schedule in your place. 

NOTE: If she has not responded, the message was NOT received.

Missed appointments will be charged the full amount of the missed visit.​
